Small Caps on Stereoids

This second-line stocks portfolio is to invest in growth stocks from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Investments are mainly to be made in companies that are either in a very strong growth cycle or have, in my opinion, a sufficient pricing power to remain unaffected by minor economic fluctuations due to their market position (hidden champions). Good fundamental company data, low debt, a high level of innovation and a strong position in the emerging markets are also to be important criteria in the selection of investments. The investment objective is to achieve an annual outperformance of the SDAX of at least 20%. A strict risk and money management is aimed at, e.g. a maximum position size of about 10% and a maximum position risk of about 2%. The investment ratio may vary between 0 and 100% here.
