Trading Idea
This wikifolio is based on stocks – global investment universe – that appear undervalued according to a quantitative analysis. The quantitative analysis is to be carried out according to the method that Susan Levermann describes in detail in her book “Der entspannte Weg zum Reichtum” (the relaxed way to wealth). A key cornerstone of the analysis by Levermann is the assessment per share according to 13 criteria by means of a points system. The criteria reflect the situation of the company (ROE, EBIT margin, equity ratio), reviews (price-earnings ratio currently, price-earnings ratio 5 years), moods (relative response to quarterly results, analyst opinions), momentum (rate today compared to 6 months and 1 year ago, price momentum, earnings revisions) as well as technical and growth aspects (three-month reversal, earnings growth). For each criterion, points are being awarded: –1, 0 or 1. Stocks with a minimum sum of 4 (large caps) or 7 (medium and small caps) may be a buy signal for inclusion in this wikifolio. The sell signal may be when the point total drops to 2 (LC) or 4 (MC, SC) over time. The objective is to keep the wikifolio above market averages in a corridor of a total of about 10 to 15 eligible stock securities. No longer qualified stocks should preferably be replaced by newly identified and qualified stocks. The portfolio should be checked once or twice a month and changed according to new sell or buy signals. In the event of a shortage of qualified stocks, a cash position can be built up as well.
This is a non-binding translation of wikifolio.
